Nice, very honest and friendly plumber arrived on time. Excellent and Professional service received. Booked to install Grohe taps and new isolator valves. Very highly skilled and meticulous and excellent attention to detail, explained what needed to be done. Cleaned up after the job and tested the new taps and checked for any leaks before leaving. Reasonable priced as well. Thanks again a big thank you for installing the new taps and sorting out the pipe work. Excellent service from JJ, he arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my boiler, explained the issue and my options clearly. Fitting the replacement part required the boiler to be drained so he gave the boiler a once over while he was waiting for it to drain and found another problem which he fixed there and then which has saved me having to call him out again further down the line. Nice guy too, highly recommended.

I called JJ a week ago to arrange for him to fit a new shower bar as my existing unit had worn out and to service the boiler. Originally an appointment was made for a fortnight’s time but earlier this week I had to make a frantic call to JJ as the shower faucet wouldn’t close off. He rearranged his week and came out to undertake the work this afternoon. JJ arrived on time, extremely helpful and friendly, really pleased with what he has done and would not hesitate to recommend him. I will certainly use him again myself in the future.

He has been round twice now, once to fix a broken valve under the sink and again to fix and service the boiler. On both occasions he has turned up exactly when he said he would (something I find quite rare with tradesmen!), is very polite, knowledgable, honest and does a very good job at a very good price. ‘Fantastic service’.I phoned at 1pm and JJ plumbing said they would pop round in a couple of hours after the current call as they were local.He came on time, looked at my toilet cistern which was constantly filling.He told me the things he could see were wrong, what needed to be done and the price.Had all the requires item in his van and that’s not always the case with tradespersons!Got on with the job and showed me what he had done.
